Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

What is the email sending limit for my mailbox?

Each mailbox on Pro Emails is limited to 800 emails per hour. This limit is designed to ensure optimal performance and maintain sender reputation for legitimate transactional email use cases such as:

This limit applies per mailbox and is strictly enforced to prevent abuse and maintain service quality for all users.

How do I set up my custom domain with Pro Emails?

To use Pro Emails with your custom domain, you must update your domain's DNS records. This is a mandatory requirement for the service to function properly:

  1. Log into your domain registrar's control panel
  2. Locate the DNS management section
  3. Add the MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records provided in your Pro Emails dashboard
  4. Allow up to 48 hours for DNS propagation

Without proper DNS configuration, emails will not be sent or received. Note that custom domains registered through our service are non-refundable.
