- Mass email marketing campaigns
- Cold email outreach programs
- Email warmup services
- Any form of unsolicited commercial communication
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
What is the email sending limit for my mailbox?
addEach mailbox on Pro Emails is limited to 800 emails per hour. This limit is designed to ensure optimal performance and maintain sender reputation for legitimate transactional email use cases such as:
- Order confirmations
- Password reset emails
- Appointment reminders
- System notifications
This limit applies per mailbox and is strictly enforced to prevent abuse and maintain service quality for all users.
How do I set up my custom domain with Pro Emails?
addTo use Pro Emails with your custom domain, you must update your domain's DNS records. This is a mandatory requirement for the service to function properly:
- Log into your domain registrar's control panel
- Locate the DNS management section
- Add the MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records provided in your Pro Emails dashboard
- Allow up to 48 hours for DNS propagation
Without proper DNS configuration, emails will not be sent or received. Note that custom domains registered through our service are non-refundable.
Can I use email warmup services with Pro Emails?
addNo. Email warmup services are explicitly prohibited on Pro Emails and violate our terms of service. These services:
- Do not deliver the promised benefits
- Abuse our infrastructure and IP reputation
- Associate our service with spamming activities
- Risk our deliverability and sender reputation
Using such services may result in immediate account termination without refund.
What happens if I intentionally send spam from Pro Emails?

If the service does not meet your needs:
- Simply cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle
- Your service will continue until the end of the paid period
- No further charges will be applied

Is two-factor authentication (2FA) available?
